Wow, I didn't even try. I did occupy myself last night in the new guest/craft room and worked on Valentine's Day bookmarks for 3 hours which means I didn't snack at all. It was relaxing - b/f hooked up the radio so I could listen to classical music. Does this mean 130 is attainable? I just read somewhere you have less health risks if you can reach your high school weight. I was 115 in high school (what a twig!). I can't really imagine that would be a healthy weight at 5'7 though...
