day 2 of mini-morning-workout

Arms are sore. Back sorta sore.

I couldn't keep making excuses as to why I couldn't do a 10 to 15 minute workout in the morning.  At least get started with it.  Do SOMETHING.  And when I'm sore I want to do more.  This will have to be a daily thing.

  1. I was a real fitness fan for quite a long time. What helped me improve my workouts was Navy Seal Formula by Military Grade. I've first tried it a year ago, and since then I do not experience lack of stamina anymore! My reps have gone up and I still had energy to burn after a workout that would have left me drained before. I've started running (something I really hated to do), now it's my new addiction. I wish I new of this product when I first started my train and diet. The shape I'm having now could not even be compared to that I was having 2-3 years before.
